We are partnering with a prestigious, market-leading firm that is seeking a senior Corporate specialist to join their established practice support team as Senior Professional Support Lawyer.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for experienced lawyers who are passionate about legal analysis, mentorship, and driving best practices. You will serve as a trusted adviser to the firm’s partners and associates, ensuring they have the insights, precedents, and training required to deliver exceptional client service.

In this position, you will step back from transaction management and billable targets to focus on the “why” and “how” of legal service delivery. You will become the key resource for the practice, facilitating the capture and dissemination of vital legal knowhow.

We are looking to speak with mid-to-senior level lawyers or a Professional Support Lawyer with significant experience in private M&A, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and finance transactions.  You could be returning to private practice or be seeking more sustainable work-life balance; you must be able to talk through your strengths as a mentor, trainer, knowledge manager, and adaptation of tech and AI.
