We are currently partnering with a market-leading, high-growth practice to recruit an ambitious Senior Associate to join their specialized Real Estate Finance and Investment team. This firm consistently operates at the cutting edge of the market, handling the most sophisticated and complex deal flow in the sector.

The Opportunity

Led by two Partners, each trailblazers in the field, this practice sits at the center of institutional capital deployment. Within it you will be a key, client-facing advisor for global and domestic private equity sponsors, institutional managers, and major investors.  Rather than focusing on simple asset acquisitions, this role is deeply rooted in the “financy” side of the market which will include advising on capital structures, working on structured finance and credit, and handling large scale strategic transactions.

We would like to speak to lawyers that have an interest in the intersection of real estate and structured finance, who are commercially savvy, curious about macro-economic drivers, and thrives in a high-performance environment.  Demonstrated experience in private equity, funds, financing, or commercial real estate within a first-tier or high-profile practice is essential.
