The Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate or an established Junior Partner with deep knowledge in Construction Disputes to join the firm’s Adelaide or Darwin office.

Working directly alongside a prominent Senior Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution & Litigation, you will take a leading role in managing high-stakes construction disputes, major infrastructure claims, and complex international and domestic arbitrations.

For Senior Associates, this position offers a pathway to partnership within a collaborative, highly supportive, and merit-based environment

In addition to managing major construction and infrastructure disputes and providing counsel throughout the dispute lifecycle, you will be looked to for supervision and development of junior lawyers within the team.

We are interested in speaking with Construction specialists with a minimum of 5+ PAE with proven experience within a top-tier or premier commercial practice.  You must have an excellent academic history and be able to navigate complex project environments with pragmatism.
