The Project Finance division specializes in guiding sponsors, capital providers, and borrowers through the life cycle of large-scale capital assets across complex energy, natural resource, and utility development projects.  This team has spearheaded some of the most substantial acquisition and development mandates in the market, ranging from renewable energy transitions and digital infrastructure to large-scale social development initiatives.

The Opportunity

This opportunity is open to individuals looking to work in Sydney or Melbourne.  The focus of this position is centered on capital structuring and financing for large-scale development projects including public-private partnerships, social welfare initiatives, and utility assets. You, the successful applicant, will also have the scope to contribute to broader financing mandates, including corporate acquisition funding.

We are looking for a legal professional with 2+ relevant post-qualification experience in project-based finance with a demonstrated agility in lending or structured finance environments.
