The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a switched-on Lawyer to join their elite Funds practice. You will work closely with nationally recognized experts, advising prominent venture capital and private equity fund managers.

This role offers the chance to engage in high-profile, technically complex work, including: structuring and forming major venture capital and private equity funds; advising on large-scale capital raising and investment transactions; navigating complex regulatory environments and transfer transactions; and supporting global institutional investors and emerging growth equity platforms.

We are looking for a motivated, high-performing legal professional with 2-4 PQE with specific exposure to investment funds and regulatory compliance.  You will have outstanding drafting and advice-writing capabilities and be eager to build a career in a technical and intellectually stimulating environment.
