Associate | Real Estate Finance

We are currently partnering with a prestigious, global law firm that is expanding its market-leading Finance practice in Sydney.

Our client is a global powerhouse, highly regarded for their sector-specific expertise and their ability to navigate change for their clients.  They are expanding their market-leading Finance practice in Sydney and seeking an Associate (3+ PAE) to join the team in Sydney.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end legal solutions for a diverse client base, including major banks, private credit providers, investment funds, and corporate entities.

Your responsibilities will include leading or supporting complex acquisition finance, corporate lending, and real estate finance transactions.  This will include building lasting relationships with both lenders and borrowers, partnering with internal tax, real estate, and regulatory teams, and actively contributing to business development.

You

Our ideal applicant will bring at least 3 years of post admission transactional finance experience gained within an industry ranked national or international firm.  You must have expertly honed drafting and technical skills combined with an innovative mindset.
