We’re working with one of Australia’s most prominent top-tier law firms to recruit an Associate into their highly regarded Melbourne Real Estate team.  This is an opportunity to thrive in a diverse and Tier 1 practice, advising on complex real estate projects, developments, large-scale sales and acquisitions.

The Opportunity

Our client’s RE practice act for a diverse client base, including institutional and private capital, industry superannuation funds, listed property trusts, major developers, and project financiers. This role offers a significant breadth of experience. You will be exposed to the full spectrum of services, from advising on complex risk allocation to managing the end-to-end process of large-scale asset sales and purchases.

We would like to speak with Associates who have built a foundation in real estate law within a top ranked practice, with a strong commitment to client service and team collaboration.  You’ll need to be able to demonstrate excellent drafting skills, an interest in staying up to date in cutting edge real estate practices, and a proactive approach to relationship management.
