The Opportunity

The Brisbane office currently has an opportunity for an Industrial Relations specialist.  In this practice you, the successful applicant, will join a hub of industry experts with deep and diverse knowledge.  

The team represents high profile public and private entities across the full suite of Workplace and Culture frameworks such as: Providing strategic advice regarding labour disputes, collective negotiations, and the interpretation of regulatory frameworks; Drafting bespoke employment agreements, internal governance policies, and standard operating procedures; Representing client interests in formal tribunals, courtrooms, and oversight bodies; and Mentoring early-career practitioners and driving the collective intellectual growth of the team.

You

We are interested in speaking to IR & Workplace professionals with 3+ years of experience within a high-calibre legal practice or in-house counsel.  You will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to maintain trust-based relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties and an exceptional academic acumen for research and advisory drafting.
