Associate or Senior Associate | Project Disputes

We are assisting a top-tier firm that is seeking a talented solicitor to join its market-leading Disputes & Investigations team and work alongside industry-leading partners and a broad, collaborative team across the firm’s national office network  This is an opportunity open to applicants in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.  

The Opportunity

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the project lifecycle of complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution processes. You will be responsible for providing strategic advice to a diverse client base across sectors such as government, healthcare, infrastructure, resources, and large-scale property development.

Included in your purview will be: managing and advising on disputes relating to large-scale infrastructure, mining, property, and renewable energy projects; commercial and contractual disputes within superior courts; arbitrations, expert determinations, mediations, and various dispute review boards; navigating statutory adjudication processes and relevant security of payment legislation; and providing advice during the project delivery phase with claim management and strategic dispute resolution.
