Associate or Senior Associate | Funds & Super

We are partnering with a top-tier firm that is looking for an ambitious lawyer to join their market-leading Funds, Superannuation & Financial Services team.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside high-profile partners and advise a prestigious client base, including some of Australia’s largest superannuation funds and global institutional investors. You’ll gain exposure to the most complex transactions in the market while having the flexibility to carve out your own niche.

Your practice will cover direct and indirect investments, co-investments, capital partnerships, and asset transitions across private market assets like real estate and infrastructure.  You will work across both investment structuring and compliance/regulatory frameworks.

We are interested in speaking to experienced Associates up to mid-level SAs with solid experience in funds, superannuation, or financial services, ideally gained within a top-tier or international firm.  Along with excellent academics, a background in private capital asset classes will be highly regarded.
