The Opportunity

There is now an opportunity for a Associate or SA to join the E&R team and work closely with senior partners on complex and multi-party project-related transactions. Your work will include deal-side elements such as financing, project development, acquisitions, or joint ventures.

You

We are looking for a commercially minded legal professional with at least 3 years of post-admission experience, gained in private practice, in-house, or a combination of both.  You will be able to speak on your understanding of transaction structures and history of engaging with diverse stakeholders and clients.
