Associate or Senior Associate | Banking & Finance

We are currently partnering with a prominent, market-defining firm that is looking to expand their Banking & Finance team.  

The Opportunity

This role can be based out of the Sydney or Melbourne and is ideal for a professional at Associate or Senior Associate level.  It offers exposure to the most sophisticated and complex transactions in the current market surrounding debt capital markets, structured finance and fund finance.  You, the successful applicant, will also be tasked with advising on diverse derivatives transactions and providing counsel on general finance arrangements, including leverage, acquisition, property, and project finance.

We would like to engage with lawyers trained at leading domestic or international firms (AU, NZ, UK, or US backgrounds) in debt capital markets, structured finance, derivatives, or funds practices.  You will have demonstrated experience advising clients directly and collaborating with senior stakeholders and partners and have an appetite for mentorship.
