The Opportunity

The Australian Disputes team services high-end, high-value, and strategically significant litigation and investigations for major global and domestic clients. The team has recently been involved in a  large number of high-value and strategically significant contract/commercial disputes and arbitrations, class actions, Royal Commissions, and ASIC, APRA, AUSTRAC, and ACCC investigations and enforcement.  

You

The Melbourne office is seeking a strong litigator with 2–6 years of experience in commercial litigation and/or regulatory investigations and enforcement and an excellent academic profile.  You will possess the ability to communicate confidently across the firm and a genuine commitment to working within a collaborative, team-based environment.
