The Opportunity

We are seeking a Lawyer or Associate to join our client’s growing and ground-breaking Environment, Social, and Governance practice.  This role is available in Sydney or Melbourne and is an outstanding opportunity for a talented lawyer with approximately 2–4 years’ PAE to develop expertise at the forefront of business and human rights, ESG governance, and sustainability law.

The team advises clients across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, mining and resources, energy, transport and logistics, retail and consumer goods, technology, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, education, and government. The practice also works closely with other specialist teams across the firm, including environment & planning, inquiries & investigations, employment & labour, commercial litigation, competition, and corporate advisory.

You

We would like to speak to professionals with 2 – 4 PAE gained in a leading commercial firm with strong research skills, top academics, and demonstrated ability to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.  Experience in ESG and sustainability frameworks in ideal but not essential.
