Our client, a pre-eminent global legal practice, is seeking an experienced lawyer for their Competition practice based in Sydney. The practice is consistently recognized as a global leader, with a cross-continental footprint that allows them to provide a coordinated approach to the most challenging regulatory issues worldwide. 

The Opportunity

In this role, your work will include managing domestic and cross-border merger analyses, representation of clients in investigations and enforcement actions, advising on strategic compliance, consumer protection, and investments.

The successful applicant will join a team that guides clients through the intricate competitive landscape of international markets, navigating merger clearances, cartel investigations, monopolization, and high-stakes litigation.

You

We believe the right experience level for this role is 4-6PQE with a background in competition law from either private practice or a regulatory body, and strong academics.  You must be ready to step into a leadership role within a high-performing team.
