Our client is a premier global law firm that hold a market-leading position in complex real estate transactions, with a particularly strong reputation in specialized sectors such as hotels, life sciences, and renewable energy.

The Real Estate practice is expanding and there is currently an opening for a mid-level Associate in the Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane office.   

The Opportunity

As an Associate in this group, you will be drive high-stakes, domestic, and cross-border work with institutional investors, private equity funds, property developers, and global corporations.  As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with Tax, Finance, Construction, and Corporate practice colleagues to deliver comprehensive, integrated solutions to clients.

The role offers significant scope for professional growth, with a specific focus on developing your expertise in large-scale transactions and the burgeoning renewable energy sector.

You

We are keen to speak with Real Estate professionals with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained within a top-tier or leading international firm. To thrive in this role, you will need strong drafting, research, and analytical skills and the aptitude to develop your knowledge of complex commercial matters.
