This firm successfully bridges the gap between the resources of a large national player and the agility of a niche, high-growth boutique. You won’t just be a cog in a wheel here; you will have significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence the trajectory of the practice. 

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to operate directly alongside the lead Partner, advising family offices, private capital groups, and founders. These clients value judgment and strategic foresight over rote deal management. 

Focusing on the intersection of long-term advisory work and high-impact transactions, your days will include serving as the ongoing counsel for family offices and private investment groups.; managing the full lifecycle of buy-side and sell-side mandates, from drafting to complex negotiations; and leading private raisings, venture capital mandates, and secondary offerings for growth-stage companies.  You will also leverage the firm’s established international referral network to run cross-border deals.

We would like to speak to corporate practitioners with 5+ years of PQE who has outgrown the need for micromanagement and is ready to own client relationships.  You must have a strong background in M&A and/or capital markets transactions with a deep command of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules, combined with first-rate drafting skills.
