Our client is one of Australia’s premier independent, top-tier law firms.  We’re assisting their search for a lawyer to join the Real Estate practice, led by heavy-hitters in the market known for high-calibre management of property matters from major developments and capital partnering to acquisitions and disposals.

The Opportunity

The team in Sydney represent a diverse portfolio of Australian and international investors, developers, funds, and corporates and they deliver integrated, commercially astute advice across office, retail, industrial, residential, build-to-rent, and mixed-use assets.

As a member of this team, you will collaborate with colleagues across tax, construction, finance, FIRB, ACCC, and environment and planning to execute headline-worthy transactions.

You

The firm would like to meet with lawyers at 1-3 PQE with a background in real estate law, particularly in assisting major development matters within a top-tier or specialist environment.  You’ll need to be able to speak about your experience managing complex agreements and identifying risk.
