You will be involved in managing complex restructuring and private trust disputes, regulatory enforcement, high-stakes investigations, and Royal Commissions and advising major clients across the mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors.  You will also gain exposure to critical niche areas, including native title, environmental compliance, land access, and administrative law.

We would like to speak to legal professionals with 2-3 PAE in commercial litigation and/or regulatory DR.  You’ll need to demonstrate exceptional drafting and analytical capabiltiies and a team-first mindset, combined with the independence to drive workstreams forward in an intellectually rigorous environment.
