We are pleased to be partnering with a top-tier global law firm to recruit an ambitious Senior Associate into their rapidly expanding Projects, Energy & Infrastructure practice in Brisbane.

The Opportunity

This market-leading practice offers complete lifecycle advice on major energy, resources, construction, and public infrastructure assets. Working closely with a prominent, five-partner leadership team, you will join a high-performing group delivering advice on landmark transactions, strategic procurements, and innovative project developments across Australia and internationally.

You, the successful applicant, will advise private corporations, financiers, developers, and public entities on project structuring, procurement strategies, and complex construction and delivery arrangements.  You will assist with sector-focused M&A, joint ventures, project finance, off-take arrangements, as well as advise bidding consortia, procurement pathways and guide clients through complex tender processes.

We are keen to speak with Project specialists with experience in infrastructure and energy sectors within either in-house or leading private practices.  Key points of discussion will be the scale and complexity of matters you’ve driven, your drafting and analytical capabilities, and your ability to contribute to a collegiate team.
