We are currently representing a market-leading international law firm seeking a talented Senior Associate (4+ years PQE) to join their premier practice in Perth.

Working alongside a prominent Partner renowned in the native title, environmental, and energy sectors, you will focus primarily on land access, native title, and Aboriginal cultural heritage.  Key directives will include delivering strategic counsel on land Access & Approvals; advising on Native Title and First Nations engagement strategies; providing lifecycle advice on environmental compliance, carbon regimes, regulatory investigations, incident response, and third-party challenges; and assisting with front-end support for major M&A transactions.

This position requires dedicated expertise in land access and regulatory/heritage advisory, rather than a traditional planning background.  If you bring this, combined with a strong academic background and around 4+ PQE, we would like to speak to you.
