Associate | Banking & Finance

We are partnering with a top-tier firm to find a dedicated Banking & Finance professional to join their Perth-based team. 

The Opportunity 

In this role, you will collaborate with seasoned Partners and legal practitioners across the firm’s national network. You will be at the forefront of the market, gaining deep exposure to intricate and sophisticated financial transactions.  Your advisory work will encompass comprehensive structuring and transactional documentation; acquisition and leveraged financing; real estate-backed funding; and general corporate lending facilities.
